The Common Good Welcomes Three New Board Members

Media Release

The Common Good, an initiative of The Prince Charles Hospital Foundation, is pleased to announce the new appointments of Shannon Willoughby, Corinne Mulholland, and Martin Rowen to its Board of Directors.

Current serving Board members Christopher Morton, Margo MacGillivray and Catherine Donovan were reappointed.

The Prince Charles Hospital Foundation Chair Christopher Morton welcomed the new appointments to the Board.

“Both Shannon, Corinne and Marty are respected professionals who are passionate about advancing medical research and will provide some great insights and complimentary skills to our Board,” Mr Morton said.

The Board volunteer their time as serving members to oversee the Foundation and a combination of legal, public affairs, and governance experience means that decisions are made with due diligence and evolution.

Shannon Willoughby is currently the Director of Government Relations and Policy at the University of Queensland. Shannon brings expertise in leadership, economic development and strategic government partnerships and was the former Executive Director of Trade and Investment Queensland.

Corinne Mulholland has over 15 years’ experience as an emerging leader in senior executive roles across local and state government. Corinne has helped spearhead billion-dollar region-building infrastructure projects such as the Moreton Bay Rail Link and the redevelopment of the Petrie Paper Mill site. She is currently working on delivery of the Queen’s Wharf precinct, as Head of Public Affairs (Queensland) for The Star Entertainment

Marty Rowen is the Director, Business Development (Clients and Markets) at Gadens – one of Australia’s leading law firms. Marty has an extensive network and over 34 years of high-level business experience. He previously held the role of Executive Officer to the former Lord Mayor of Brisbane.
