The Prince Charles Hospital Foundation Non-Executive Board Positions EOI – July 2025

Board Member Position – The Prince Charles Hospital Foundation (TPCHF)

The Prince Charles Hospital Foundation is a Queensland statutory authority operating under the Hospital Foundations Act 2018.

The Foundation’s mission is “to enable people to live healthier for longer”.

Initially established to support medical research and patient care initiatives at The Prince Charles Hospital, the Foundation has now expanded its support into the Moreton Bay community, through Caboolture Hospital.

Board Member position:

All Board members are recommended by the TPCHF Board to the Queensland Minister of Health for appointment. Each Board member has an appointed term.

The Foundation has one Board member with an expiring term in 2025. The Board member is seeking re-nomination.

Under the guidelines of the Office of Health Statutory Agencies, the Foundation is required to publish the Expressions of Interest (EOI).

The Prince Charles Hospital Foundation highly regards diversity in the composition of the Board, and we seek applications from candidates with a diverse range of lived experiences due to their gender, age, location and background

 

Commitments

The Board meets a minimum of six times per year and individual members meet regularly with the Chair and CEO to follow up opportunities.

Board members are invited to attend a number of specific events held by the Foundation throughout the year.

This is an unpaid, voluntary position.
